I love these photos from the temple grounds. James has been asking me since last spring when the big flowers will be back. They're back and in full glory!
We also enjoyed a lovely hike up Table Rock. We made it about half way before we decided to head back. James loved it. He jibber-jabbered the entire hike, leading the way with his awesome stick that he found. He was totally in his element. Ruby insisted on pulling her toy dog the entire way. It was pretty funny because she would get really angry due to the dog constantly falling over on the uneven terrain.
We took a walk on the greenbelt last week just as the spectacular thunderstorm was rolling in. The sky was amazing, the lightning was fantastic, and the thunder was powerful. We made it back to the car just as the first huge drops began to fall. It was a great night.

Spring does seem to wake up our senses after a long winter! I love Ruby and her dog! Boys and their sticks are the best!
Sounds fabulous! I miss real spring. Flowering cacti is not spring in my opinion. Your kid are cute! I am coming to boise for like 2-3 weeks in June. We will definitely get together.
