Does this mean you didn't get the good news you were hoping for?

I liked them. I can relate a little too well.

I am really hoping this is a clever joke...but if it is not, then I am so, so, sorry.

I am not quite sure what else to say, other that I am really so sorry for the bummer news.

As cliche as it is, I am sure something else will come about that will fit your needs.

Yeah, only a year of our lives wasted and apparently a lot of spiritual misdirection. So confused, angry and absolutely crushed and feeling so hopeless.

Oh Angie, I'm so sorry.

I'm really sorry Angie!! I wish I could say something that could make your pain go away. But I can't. We love you!! This will pass. Call if you need anything okay?

So, so sorry to hear this Angie- I remember that hopeless, rug-pulled-out-from-under-you feeling from when Justin was laid-off at the Statesman. There's that whole thing about God opening a window when he closes a door that you probably don't want to hear right now but I'm sure it's true. Something will come, you guys will find a way through this. Till then we'll keep you in our prayers.

Okay, I just listened to the Modest Mouse song, "The View" and immediately thought of you. If you haven't already heard this song or if you haven't listened to it recently--do! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCjoyadTh-U
